Start Industry 4.0

Financing contract POCU / 227/3/8/117624 START INDUSTRY 4.0 project, for stimulating the sustainable development of companies with an industrial profile in the South-East, South-Muntenia, South West Oltenia and West Regions (www.industry40.ro) carried out by Best Smart Consulting, was co-financed from the European Social Fund through the Human Capital Operational Program 2014-2020.

The objective of the project (MySMIS 117624) was to support companies with an industrial profile with offices in the South-East, South Muntenia, South-West Oltenia and West regions in their efforts to specialize their employees for the Industry 4.0 revolution.

The general objective

Increasing the number of employees (managers, employees in the human resources department) and entrepreneurs who benefit from improved skills and benefit from tools, methods and practices in the field of strategic management to adapt the activity of companies belonging to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential SNCDI.

Within the START INDUSTRY 4.0 project, we organized and supported 50 specialization and advanced training courses for:

  • 90 companies with an industrial profile that will have employees better prepared for Industry 4.0;
  • 414 managers who have acquired new industrial skills and obtained professional certificates;
  • 80 managers who have acquired the necessary skills for the HR department;
  • 48 entrepreneurs who have acquired new entrepreneurial skills accredited by ANC
