The general objective of the project is to increase the agricultural competitiveness in order to adapt the production to current market requirements by providing trainings and by developing the technical, technological and management skills required by farmers for sustainable management of agricultural land and increasing the quality of farm management in the LAG. “Tutovei and Zeletin Valley”.

OBJECTIVE 1: Organize a 5 day training session in order to ensure the level of knowledge necessary for the efficient management of a farm.
OBJECTIVE 2: Train a number of 15 people in the following areas of activity: diversification of activities in agricultural holdings, improvement of knowledge on environmental protection, sustainable management of agricultural land, cross-compliance, general farm management.
