The general objective

Increasing the number of employees (managers, employees in the human resources department) and entrepreneurs who benefit from improved skills and benefit from tools, methods and practices in the field of strategic management to adapt the activity of companies belonging to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential SNCDI.

Within this contract we have organized and supported 50 training, specialization and advanced training courses as we present below:

• for 105 companies with an industrial profile that will have better prepared employees for Industry 4.0;

• for a number of 468 managers who have acquired new industrial skills and obtained professional certificates;

• for a number of 91 managers who have acquired the necessary skills for the HR department;

• for a number of 48 entrepreneurs who have acquired new entrepreneurial skills, accredited by ANC.
